1. Platform Services
Parts4Drive operates an automotive intelligence marketplace connecting buyers, vehicle owners, fleet managers, and automotive workshops with verified independent parts suppliers across Nigeria, Ghana, and the broader ECOWAS region.
2. Vehicle Fitment Guarantee
Parts4Drive matches replacement components against Make, Model, Year, Trim, and Engine (MMYTE) specifications. In the event an item verified as compatible by our platform fails to fit mechanically, the buyer is entitled to return or exchange under our Fitment Guarantee policy within the specified return window (7 days in Ghana, 14 days in Nigeria).
3. Merchant Verification & Direct Transactions
All merchants listed on Parts4Drive must maintain verified depot operations. When communicating via WhatsApp or concluding offline transactions, buyers must verify items upon physical collection or courier inspection.
4. Pricing & Currency
Prices listed on Parts4Drive are quoted in local currency (NGN for Nigeria, GHS for Ghana) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. Currency conversions for cross-border corridor orders are calculated at prevailing market rates.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the Republic of Ghana depending on the jurisdiction of transaction origination.
